Small Group Sessions
Sometimes we just need accountability partners. These Trio classes offer the same personal attention & tailored challenge but gives you someone to laugh with! Classes are open sign up, but the best goal drivers are those closest to us. Take a chance on an open spot or 'reserve for a guest' to keep you (and your friends) accountable.
